3. Non-Cancellable Orders Some orders cannot be canceled:

  • For prepaid orders, a payment gateway fee (if applicable) will not be refunded.

6. Refund Process for Canceled Orders

7. Partial Order Cancellation

  • If a customer wants to modify their order instead of canceling, they must request modifications within 24 hours of placing the order.

  • Credit/Debit Card Payments: Refunds are processed within 7-10 business days.
  • UPI & Wallet Payments: Refunds may take 5-7 business days.
